The FM type is used to treat products with low density and medium granulometry. Robust designed with wear elements provided for hard work conditions. There are 4 versions depending on the width (0.7, 1, 1.5 and 2.4m). It can be supplied with or without dedusting system. Dedusting system by cyclone or by sleeve filter.

The GSort’s density separation process is based on a tilted, vibrating deck.

An upward stream of air passes through this deck, having two important effects on the materials being separated:

• Materials with a lower density will move downwards, without any contact with the deck, as a result of the inclination.
• Materials with a higher density will stay in contact with the deck and be conveyed upwards by the vibration.
Endorsed by its efficiency and lower ecological footprint, which makes it one of the teams with less impact, more sustainable and respectful of the market environment.

The MSizer

The Mogensen MSizer compact is a compact short-deck sizer with high screening efficiency and large capacity on a small footprint.

It's driven by a single vibrator resulting in the typical elliptical motion that counteracts blinding of the screens, loosens and stratifies the feed material which secures an efficient material spread. Thus the MSizer Compact achieves a throughput of over 40 t / h e.g. for feed screening.

The MOGENSEN Sizer type E executes a variable elliptical movement along the mesh, making the classification effectiveness grow. It was created to improve the old MOGENSEN S model (with two vibrators and a short mesh of 1.300 mm).

The MOGENSEN Sizer type SEL is provided with two vibrators. It doubles the length of the mesh and reduces the meshes slope, increasing the capacity without loss of effectiveness.


It uses up to 6 meshes decks to obtain 7 different products depending on the distribution curve of the material.

Equipment designed for washing sand and recover the most part of the water used during the process. Also used in mineral washing, recycling, rivers and lakes purification, bentonite recovery for foundations, and beet washing in sugar production facilities.

The drive is made by two vibrators that produce a linear movement which favors the draining of the product as well as conveying the product to the outlet. The water is filtered through high quality polyurethane screens with a special design that prevents blinding.
These machines separate the debris permitting to reuse bentonite with water that it’s used as pumping medium. Also, it can be used in process where is required the separation by hidrocyclone to a smaller size that the get it with sandwashing units; for example cement mixer's cleaning.

Demonstrated advantages:
• Previous screening to get separate coarse materials; although these products are very sticky.
• Classified efficiency, a unique cyclone is enough for sandwashing plants designated for construction (100% nominal rate); however for sandwashing plants with really fine sand it is necessary a double cyclone (it can be treated till 150% of nominal rate, depending on the sludges content).

MOGENSEN dewaterers are generally used to remove excess water from materials at the outlet of washing equipment. However, their use is valid in any application that requires concentrating a more solid water slurry.
The main difference with a sand washing unit is that the draining stage is optional, depending on if it is necessary to drain the mixing of washed/ recovered sand while crossing the wash element.
MOGENSEN Sand Washing Units

These equipments were developed to wash sand although they are used too to wash minerals, purification of rivers and lakes, granulometric curves recomposition, contaminated grounds treatment, bentonite sludges treatment, etc.

In this types of applications, throwput and efficiency of these equipment are higher than the other machines as waterwheel or washing worms, getting always good quality sands due to a bigger friction capacity between particles and the biggest fines' sand recuperation (from 50 microns depending on the cyclone diameter).

The use of hidrocyclones or cyclones in the sand washing groups is most efficiency method for a good washing, understanding like this wash that let remove a fraction under 63 microns without fines lost.

After the washing of material any stage two major problems:

- The treatment of the sludge generated in the washing process.
- The recovery of water for recirculation.
The solution is obtained from a common form installing a sludge with a dissolution of flocculant decanter.

Dirty water obtained from the process enters the clarifier by mixing box and receives the flocculant dissolution; his concentration and amount are very important for optimal performance.
In the box, are forced to mix the dirty water and flocculant to a specific route, forming the flocs with appropriate size and constitution. After the tour, the mixture enters deposit by the central chimney, where the mud starts to decide quickly to the bottom.

Control of flocculant automatic system through a control system that regulates the cycles.

Equipment that automates the control of flocculant dosage. The computer automates the operation taking continuous samples of the mixture of dirty water and flocculant, analyzing the times of flocculation and the quality of the water.

Grizzly feeder designed to be installed prior to a crushing system in order to avoid the entry of fine material, which prevents unnecessary wears or overloadings.

Built in high thickness steel, they can support rock impacts up to 1.000mm edge. Also provided with antiwear covering of different thickness to ensure a long life of the machine.

Depending on the required capacity, one or two longitudinal bars in steel allow the feeder to prescreen the material. Built in manganese steel foundry and installed on a support frame that guarantees the separation between them.

The MSort is an opto-electronic sorting system with which it is possible to remove foreign material from previously unsortable materials, to obtain products of a higher quality and to open up new markets.

Developed in Wedel – Germany, the classification carried out with this device is based on optical characteristics of the various materials present in the mixture, such as color, brightness, transparency and shape.

For other characteristics and chemical compositions, other technologies are available such as: NIR (Near Infrared), XR (X-Ray).
