The MSizers are powerful and flexible screening machines for bulk solids in the processing industry.

Its handling capabilities cover a wide range of materials, going from fine materials, through medium sizes with high feed rates, all the way to material particles up to 200-250 mm. The clients include a broad variety of industrial sectors worldwide.

MSizers Basic Concept

The MSizer uses up to 6 screen decks in different stages. This technology allows to obtain up to 7 different products depending on the grain size curve of the material. The Mogensen Sizer is more suitable to process humid and wet material than a conventional sizer.

MOGENSEN E

The MSizer type E executes a variable elliptical movement along the mesh, making the classification effectiveness grow. It was created to improve the old Mogensen S model (with two vibrators and a short mesh of 1.300 mm).

MOGENSEN SEL

The MSizer type SEL is provided with two vibrators. It doubles the length of the mesh and reduces the meshes slope, increasing the capacity without loss of effectiveness. It can be provided with up to 6 meshes decks to obtain 6 different products depending on the distribution curve of the material.

With the new MSizer extend, the Allgaier Group ushers bulk material screening into a new era.

The MSizer extend is based on the same Sizer principle developed and proven by Fredrik Mogensen more than five decades ago. The MSizer extend combines state-of-the-art technology with decades of extensive knowledge and expertise.

The result is an even more accurate screening process with increased throughput in a smaller footprint.

MSizer Compact

The MSizer compact is a compact short-deck sizer with high screening efficiency and large capacity on a small footprint.

It is driven by a single vibrator, resulting in the typical elliptical motion that counteracts blinding of the screens, loosens, and stratifies the feed material which secures an efficient material spread. Thus, the MSizer Compact achieves a throughput of over 40 t / h e.g. for feed screening.

As an optional feature, the MSizer models allow to control the mesh tension, providing a mesh breakage detection system. In addition, this system allows for a recommended tension of the meshes to be maintained throughout the process, optimizing the life of its elements.
